Scholarship

Scholarships level the playing field for students, regardless of economic background; religion, or sexual orientation, and, they reward the best and brightest for doing a good job while in school; however, the financial impact of tuition at times, snatches the dream of higher education for most in underserved areas. SOEI provides young men in the Kent and Sussex County areas of Delaware, to realize the dream of attending a College or University while relieving the financial strain that they or their family may experience.
